寒假期間,我讀了《怎樣成為一名優(yōu)秀的英語教師》這本書感受頗深。

本書從始至終貫穿一條主旨就是:要實(shí)現(xiàn)有效教學(xué),人力資源勝過技術(shù)資源。而且書中特別強(qiáng)調(diào),教師所能利用和開發(fā)的最重要的人力資源就是自己的個(gè)人品質(zhì)或素養(yǎng)。就這一點(diǎn)我做為一個(gè)老師深有體會(huì)。

做一名優(yōu)秀的教師應(yīng)該具備的一些素質(zhì)及條件,對(duì)這一點(diǎn)我作了以下幾個(gè)思考。

首先、必須具有豐富的英語專業(yè)理論知識(shí),英語教師沒有較高的專業(yè)水平,也就談不上優(yōu)秀。

第二、必須具有良好的道德品質(zhì)和人格魅力,熱愛教育事業(yè),熱愛本職工作,具有奉獻(xiàn)精神,具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感、事業(yè)心。這是職業(yè)道德要求,一名教師專業(yè)能力再強(qiáng),如果思想上有問題,責(zé)任感不強(qiáng),不喜歡學(xué)生,甚至道德品質(zhì)有問題,他也不可能成為一名優(yōu)秀的教師。

第三、必須具有系統(tǒng)而全面的教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)知識(shí),具有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力,懂得不同年齡段學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn),能運(yùn)用合理的教學(xué)方法,使學(xué)生得到最大限度的發(fā)展。這是教師職業(yè)的要求,一名教師雖然有較高的專業(yè)水平,也有滿腔的教學(xué)熱情,但如果不懂得教育教學(xué)規(guī)律,其必然會(huì)走“彎路”,當(dāng)然離優(yōu)秀就還有一段距離了。

經(jīng)過幾天的努力,我看完了《堂吉訶德》這本書。它是西班牙作家塞萬提斯的代表作,全稱為《奇情異想的紳士堂吉訶德臺(tái)拉曼卻》,共上下兩卷。小說寫了一位年逾五旬的鄉(xiāng)下紳士堂吉訶德,因酷愛讀騎士小說而陷入瘋狂,走火入魔的故事。作者筆下的堂吉訶德騎士將騎士小說中的無稽內(nèi)容與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活互相混交,因此從而產(chǎn)生一連串讓人捧腹大笑的荒唐行為。他一下把風(fēng)車當(dāng)做巨人,與它大戰(zhàn),雖然在騎士生涯的"途中,他被砍了一只耳朵,打掉了很多牙齒,也被打斷了幾根肋骨,雖屢戰(zhàn)屢敗,卻執(zhí)迷不悟,不知悔改。透過這種荒唐的行為,可以感受到作者對(duì)理想社會(huì)的熱望和高尚道德的贊美。

自古以來,人們獲取知識(shí)的途徑多種多樣,而讀書作為其中一種既普通又直接但卻非常有效的求知方法沿用至今。因?yàn)槔硐腚m不是高不可攀,但也不是唾手可得,沒有不懈的追求,理想只能是朵美麗的鏡中花。而作為二十一世紀(jì)的教師,從書本中獲取知識(shí)就顯得尤其重要。人類創(chuàng)造的知識(shí)財(cái)富,如同浩瀚的海洋,博大精深。人們常把學(xué)習(xí)形容為在書山上攀登,在學(xué)海中遨游。事實(shí)上,知識(shí)的積累是成材的一個(gè)重要條件。

我們正處在世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀形成和發(fā)展的時(shí)期,我們需要得到正確的引導(dǎo)和教育,從而給自己的人生定向;需要加強(qiáng)各方面的修養(yǎng)來提高自己。所以我們理應(yīng)多讀書,用書來凈化心靈,用書中的知識(shí)充實(shí)自己。同時(shí)我們也應(yīng)拋棄古時(shí)舊的求知理念,什么書中自有黃金屋等等,都不足取。

charles dickens was born in 1812, england. he had many difficulties during his childhood. however, these experiences enriched his life, at the same time, supporting many writing materials for his writing. he wrote more than 20 novels in all, reflecting the hate to the money and the sympathy to the common people. his works, such as great expectations, a tale 0f tw0 cities, were affected by many readers.

this novel told a people who regard money as important as his own life---scrooge. even on christmas eve, he was also quite mean to everybody. there are five chapters in all. chapter 1 introduced scroogesquo;s character and marley, his friendsquo;s ghost. the language was very beautiful and active. i like this part best. as followed there was a part of word to describe scrooge: he was a hard man with money, hard as a stone. he was a secret self-contained man; friendless and alone .the coldness inside him froze his old face. his eyes were red. his thin lips were blue. cold seemed to stiffen his way of walking. the hair on his head and above his eyes was white, white as snow. he carries this coldness with him always wherever he went. this part illustrated scrooge was a cold man. he grasped the money tightly. as the following story, scrooge refused his nephew invitation to have the dinner with his family. and he always scolded the christmas is humbug. he didnsquo;t believe the existence of christmas and didnsquo;t want to share his happiness and money with others. he had dinner in an inn and then went home. he had rooms in a house which had once belonged to marley. scolded sat quietly on the coach. but suddenly there is a big knocker on the door. it was marleysquo;s ghost. the ghost was bound by the heavy chain and told scrooge its tragic fate. the ghost told scrooge that three spirits will come to scrooge and then faded away.

from chapter 2 to chapter 4, it talked about the three spirits. the first spirit stood for the past. it showed the happy times in the past of scrooge. in the past scrooge always said merry christmas to whoever he met. he loved life and enjoyed everything in his life. in this part the spirit also showed the first work of scrooge. his boss, fezziwig, treated them very well on christmas. but scrooge gradually changed. he loved money more than his lover. so his lover parted with him. itsquo;s the money that made scrooge lost many things. the second stands for the present. in this part , scrooge is a greedy man . he has no mercy to everything and waste of his time. the third spirit stands for the future. in this part, it showed that scrooge regret what he had done. and scrooge was impressed at last. he understood money is not the only thing that is worth to reserve. love and care were important too.

at the last chapter, that is chapter 5, scrooge changed himself and gave mercy to the poor. and he had dinner with his nephew.

all in all, this story has a perfect end. form this story, i realized that in this world, money is not everything. we also need love and help.

扯了半天,終于聊到了主題,那就是今天的讀后感,關(guān)于《怎樣成為一名優(yōu)秀的英語教師》讀后感。初識(shí)這本書,是在高一年級(jí)組周書記的桌子上一眼瞄見了這本書,周書記是我校一名非常優(yōu)秀的英語教師,當(dāng)時(shí),想問她借來看,但書記說,這書是要教給學(xué)校的,于是,也就回來自己買了一本。

看這本書,我想也就是中了標(biāo)題,向來,我看書,都是看標(biāo)題先,這可真是符合了我找對(duì)象也得看外貌的習(xí)慣了,這書的標(biāo)題,首先吸引了,也沒仔細(xì)翻,看著書的價(jià)格不貴,也就買了回來,自己閱讀,利用一切閑暇時(shí)間,讀完了這本書,書是前幾天已經(jīng)讀完了,我習(xí)慣讀書做讀書筆記,那種看完書,筆記本都用完的感覺,簡直不能再美好。不過,現(xiàn)在有點(diǎn)后悔,今天才想起寫讀后感,因?yàn)闀镜膬?nèi)容已經(jīng)快要不記得了,怪不得,人家說,讀書的反饋,最好在讀完書的時(shí)候,立馬完成,要不然,真的要忘記了。

為了順利完成這次讀后感,剛才又迅速翻閱了一下自己做的筆記,有筆記這時(shí)候顯示了它的優(yōu)勢(shì),幫助我回憶了書本的內(nèi)容,整體上,我認(rèn)為這是一本偏理論的書本,書本開篇介紹了我國英語教學(xué)法的演變進(jìn)程,我現(xiàn)在能想起的就是包天仁,因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)大概是初中吧,一直做這個(gè)人主編的一類報(bào)紙,時(shí)間太久遠(yuǎn)了,報(bào)紙名字也不記得了,只記住了這個(gè)名字,然后,這讓我想起了現(xiàn)在浙江教育界的葛炳芳老師,大概也是和他一樣出名的英語教學(xué)界的大家。當(dāng)然,本人見過葛炳芳老師本人,還是非常榮幸的。

然后書本的一些章節(jié)還是介紹了一些實(shí)用的教學(xué)方法,主要還是講到了,作為一名新時(shí)代的英語老師,要有不斷進(jìn)取的精神,要有不斷專研的態(tài)度,以及一些具體的課堂、專研教學(xué)的防范,比如,合理實(shí)用網(wǎng)絡(luò),比如,在英語課堂上給學(xué)生取一些英文名字,然后就是最后一章節(jié)里寫到了要善于利用網(wǎng)絡(luò),幫助教學(xué)。

讀完整本書,收獲比較大的地方,還是通過這位作者,了解了英語教學(xué)在我國的發(fā)展史,是如何演變到如今這種形式的,以及現(xiàn)階段下,對(duì)于英語教學(xué)目標(biāo)的要求??傮w上來說還是受益的。

作為一名高中英語教師,兼任本校高二、高三年級(jí)的教學(xué),我始終認(rèn)為,不管我是自己專研教材、聽有經(jīng)驗(yàn)老師上課、還是閱讀相關(guān)書籍也好,最終要去做的就是付之于行動(dòng),以及專注用心的去做好每一件事,就如同我經(jīng)常和我學(xué)生們講的一句話,“我可以接受你暫時(shí)不夠優(yōu)秀,但我不可以接受你不努力以及不夠謙虛!”這句話同樣送給我自己。

mr. darcy,the actor of the nover,a nobleman from the uper-classes in england,because of this , he has an inborn superiority that he looks down at every person from the lower-classes . he don’t like neither their life style nor their way to think.

elizabeth,the actress of the nover,an obstinate,wise young girl from the lower-classes of the country.she dosen’t like anyone who is constumelious,she hates the spurs from the pride men.

by these, you know,there’er lots of conflicts between them,but at last,darcy and elizabeth,the two different even opposite youngsters fall love .that’s very incredible.

in fact,we are always pride and think something in our mind but not right,we assess the others only depend on their background or their color of skin , we hide our true heart and pretend ,we dispise the others without any reason……

but why don’t we ask ourselves in our heart or mind: what do we feel in fact? what do we need in fact? what do we hate and love in fact? why not express our real feelings at once?why not chase the happy we really want ?……

if we can go through the hindrances that set by ourselves,if we can express the true feelings we have and say it out loudly and clearly to somebody we want to tell with, if we can give up the contumely and spurns which block us to get long well wigh the others wo love,if we can live together harmony and sincere, if ……

if that day really comes,the love will come too.
