現(xiàn)如今的我，已經(jīng)是初二的學生了。周圍的一切變得熟悉而又陌生。熟悉呢，同學還是以前的同學。陌生呢，所有老師都換了。上課時，不知為何，聽著聽著就回想起在初一課堂教我們的老師，淚水會不知不覺地涌上眼尖。懷舊，應該是一部分原因吧……
在初一所有教我的老師中，對我印象最深刻的是我的英語老師——miss cui。
她，是在教育局組織交換學習的過程中調過來的，來我校任教一年。她，原本在二中教英語，二中是我縣最好的公立學校。我想：學校既然是我校最好的，那教師的教學質量肯定不會差。
在三門主科中，我最不喜歡的就是英語。當時我老是在想：我們是中國人，學英語有什么用呢？她剛開始教時，我只會在我感興趣的地方聽一下。但慢慢的，我發(fā)現(xiàn)她的教學方法不和我想象中的那樣死板，而是鮮活、有趣味性。至此，我變的喜歡上英語課了。在第一次月考中，我的英語成績獲得了全班第一名。
下面我來講講她的教學方法吧。
她為了提高我們對英語的學習興趣，把全班分成幾個小組，每個小組也有自己的名字。還設立了積分制，可以通過回答問題和聽寫得滿分來獲取積分?？偡e分高的能夠減寫作業(yè)，積分最低的不僅作業(yè)多，還要打掃衛(wèi)生區(qū)。就因為這樣，大家上課都很積極。
但在聽寫過程中，某個小組的同學為了讓他們的作業(yè)少寫一點，就打起了小心眼——抄襲。這可怎么預防呢？她想到了一個較為不錯的方法：讓大家互相監(jiān)督，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似抄襲的同學，及時向她反應，舉報者就能為自己的小組加分，而抄襲者，ta所在小組不僅要被扣分，還可能會罰抄襲者以及所在的整個小組。這下，那些一心只想著抄襲的人只能踏踏實實地記，甭想再動歪念頭了。
她有一個“缺點”，每天都會布置作業(yè)，久而久之，班里很多同學就想偷懶，不寫作業(yè)，或者偷工減料。她呢，也有辦法。每次交作業(yè)都會讓課代表仔細檢查，找出未交作業(yè)的人員，寫一張名單交給她，由她處置。但她也想到課代表有事因為忙不負責任，所以她會不定時來個突然襲擊，讓那些不寫作業(yè)的同學防不勝防。
就這樣，一年過去了，她也要走了，回到她原來教書的學校，繼續(xù)展開她的教學生涯。不知道她以后是否還會記得我們這個班級，記住我們這群調皮搗蛋的孩子。百分之九十的可能應該不會記得了吧，畢竟她是老教員，帶過許多屆的學生……
不管她記不記得，我會永遠她。因為她是我從學英語開始到現(xiàn)在，教的最好的一位，甚至沒有之一……
