為了吸取名師緘默性知識，近距離、全方位觀察、感悟名師的教學理念、教學行為和教學效果，按照南京市“影子教師”培訓計劃，我們一行10人來到上海市靜安區(qū)第一中心小學開始了為期一周的培訓計劃。
回想這一周，我也真心的感激上海市靜安區(qū)第一中心小學的領(lǐng)導和教師對我們學員的熱情關(guān)懷和照顧，使我們這一周來的每一天都有新收獲，每一天都在感知、感悟、感激中得到充實。異常要感激李黎教師，在她的虛心指導下，我學到了很多知識，使我對新課標教學有了更深刻、更全面的認識?，F(xiàn)將影子培訓情景作以小結(jié)：
一、初來乍到，感受名校光輝歷史。
初來上海市靜安第一中心小學，我們一行10人受到了張敏校長及教師們的熱情接待。張校長和我們作了短暫的交流，我們了解到上海市靜安區(qū)第一中心小學，由著名教育家陳鶴琴先生創(chuàng)立于1930年，是其“活教育”思想的實踐基地。陳先生的全體教工的教學出發(fā)點始終以孩子的發(fā)展為本，在課程建設(shè)、師資選擇等方面均有所建樹。學校歷來有“愛國愛?！钡墓鈽s傳統(tǒng)，地下黨員、提高人士在教師中占了很大比例，不少同志在解放后走上了政領(lǐng)導崗位。解放后，學校秉承鶴琴先生的辦學思想并將其不斷發(fā)揚光大。1954年，即成為上海市首批重點小學，在教育改革的各個階段發(fā)揮了領(lǐng)頭羊的作用。
除此之外，張校長還為我們的掛職培訓作了精心的安排，在為期一周的時光內(nèi)，既有各類專題報告、學科組活動，又有各學科的課堂教學觀摩，資料十分豐富。
二、參觀“小公民樓”，領(lǐng)略名校德育理念。
這次來靜安區(qū)第一小學最讓人驚嘆難忘的經(jīng)歷是參觀該校的小公民樓。驚嘆于在寸土寸金的上海市中心，學校竟然能利用有限的空間來做出一件無限的事情;難忘于小公民樓中的各專用室場的設(shè)計、布置、使用。在參觀學習中我們深深體會到靜安一小無處不在踐行著建設(shè)有滋有味的課程，建設(shè)有情趣味的課堂，開展有聲有色的活動的先進德育理念。
三、拜師名師，學習名校教學理念。
在培訓學習中，學校安排了有經(jīng)驗的骨干教師，采用一幫一的形式，對口到個人。我們和指導教師李教師一塊兒，就教材解讀、課堂教學、教學評價這三個方面進行了研修。從學習課標、了解教材體系、通讀整冊教材到細讀本節(jié)教學資料;從明確教學目標、教什么、怎樣教、為什么這樣教到具體安排哪種教法、學法;使我進一步認識了新課程的發(fā)展方向和目標，反思了自我以往在工作中的不足，縮短和填補了理論指導和現(xiàn)實教學中的差距和矛盾。
李教師還將自我的工作經(jīng)驗和教學經(jīng)驗一點一滴、毫無保留地與我一齊分享。她耐心的指導我如何寫好課后反思，指導我如何備寫教案。在她的細致指導下，我還成功地在第一小學上了一節(jié)公開課，在此我再次感激李黎教師，湯鈺教師的無微不至的照顧。
三、參與研修學習，內(nèi)化名校教學研究。
經(jīng)過研修學習，我認識到在英語課堂上要重視學生的參與。那里的教師幾乎每節(jié)課都采用團體備課，每節(jié)課都有課后研討，她們認為知識是學生自我感悟出來的，教師只起引導和幫忙作用。所以，為了集中學生的注意力，調(diào)動學生學習興趣，他們在課堂上還精心設(shè)計提問，引導學生時時處于主動學習、思考的。狀態(tài)。從而使我真正感受到什么是有效的課堂。
真是十分幸運，我們此次還參加了第一小學組織的市校本教材家常展示課。教師的上的課精彩紛呈，市教研員朱教師點評幽默風趣，淺顯易懂。這次活動中讓我感受到靜安小學在英語教學理念上的先進，以及自身的不足。也為我自我準備回校進行的課外閱讀教學指明了方向。
經(jīng)過和教師們一段時光的深層接觸后，我才明白，他們的教學藝術(shù)從何而來，是時光，是精神，更是同事之間的互幫互促，更是他們的自我反思;她們的教學質(zhì)量從何而來，是辛勤，是耐心，是無怨無悔的奉獻。那里的教師工作量很大，班額也很大，工作時光又長，加上批改作業(yè)、輔導、備教案等，幾乎沒有一分鐘閑時光，但他們依舊勤勤懇懇，細致認真，從不馬虎。反思自我，我不覺汗顏。
回顧這一周的培訓學習，我在收獲的同時也看到了自我的不足，回到工作崗位后，我要向那里的教師們學習，做一名反思型的教師，把此次學到的知識，了解的教學技能和方法合理地帶到我的教學實踐中去，使自我的教學水平、本事得到提升，并取得良好的教學效果。在此感激江寧區(qū)進修學校以及南京市教育局小培中心的領(lǐng)導給予我這樣一次有意義的學習機會。
