有一次，曾老師請我背誦課文，當從不敢主動舉手的我靦腆地站起來時，是曾老師帶頭為我鼓起了掌，曾老師和同學們鼓勵的掌聲，使我鼓起勇氣，忘記了害羞和害怕，一鼓作氣把熟讀在心的課文流利而又有感情的背了出來。背完后，曾老師的眼里閃爍著贊賞的目光令我一直不能忘懷。曾老師還把我作為同學們的榜樣，讓大家向我學習。經(jīng)她這樣一番鼓勵和贊賞，讓我倍受鼓舞，更有興趣的去讀、去背，去學習。
